About
Castro's Lounge is a small, intimate venue off Queen Street in the Beaches ares of Toronto's east side. The venue features nightly live music usually in the folk, roots, bluegrass, Mediterranean and gypsy styles. Previously the venue had music 7 nights a week but due to recent harassment by city of Toronto city council they have had to scale down their live entertainment.
Depending on the night the venue has some early shows (6pm-7pm starting) and some later ones (9pm starting, usually). As there is a 11pm noise curfew bands will not usually play past that time.
